Hugo holds up Cuba as his model, but even there they are obviously finding the model isn't working. Despite the socialistic retoric, Cubans can't even produce evough food to feed their population.

Neither can Venezuela!

All the socailist model countries that Hugo holds dear have changed direction or are in the process of doing so. The last holdout, Cuba is now also obviously starting to see the light.

I wonder if Hugo will follow or will he continue with the grand speeches and "national" plans that never produce anything more than further speeches, committees, and greater and grander plans and increasing official corruption.
