gw, i like lincoln and all but that is one of the dumbest statements i've ever heard:

of course you can, it's called transfer of wealth and it's happening at an alarming rate...i guess lincoln might have meant to say:

"you cant make all poor men rich by making a rich man poor"

no, i dont know what he meant to say...sounds like political BS meant to keep down some rich guys tax rate to me...
