I predict end of July/06,no wait,July/07.oops maybe July/08.Am i getting a little cynical,you bet ya.My life has been consumed with this gal darn permit for 3 years now.Dont know what i will do if it actually happens.Have to get a hobby i guess,something painful and time consuming.
