According to RM there is an ongoing dialogue between KRY, Minamb and gov't. Kent mentioned that RM said one of the items being discussed is moving the tailings pond. Other items discussed are how the remidiation can be done as KRY mines. So with all of these items now being discussed it seems that Ortega's ban on the Imataca forest and the NO open pit mining comments were indeed out of left field. Hence Ortega thrown on the back burner. Sanz had a meeting scheduled with the miners and KRY yesterday at El Callao but had to reschedule until next Tuesday. We don't know what the meeting is about but they are apparently waiting for something with all of Sanz's cancellations in the past. This project is going forward and no matter what KRY has to do this stock is not worth the .85 it is trading at right now...it will much much higher yet to be determined by the market. Once the market wraps their little heads arounds this we will see a run pre permit. You don't deny a permit then ban open pit mining and turn around and hear the gov't (Chavez) say get this resolved to move the project forward with discussion on how they want this done.
