A lot of people say that investors are waiting for the permit before stepping into this one. I think in a round about way KRY's pr has already said the permit is coming...believe me after this long they will not drop the ball.

This stock has been shorted to no end creating "retail" to wait for the "show me the permit" part. Yet the institutions have been gobbling it up.
