In talking with RM the only thing new about the talks seems to be that when they do start the mine, the trailing s from mining will need a new foot print in an undisturbed area and that is a concern of the Gov. The Gov. wants things cleaned up as the project moves forward.

All concerned are in talks to get this thing done. I understand RM is a PR guy, the conversation was very positive. The VZ Gov wants this project to move forward and resolve all the issues.

I am going to continue to buy more, slowly , but with confidence.

The only thing i did not like is the time frame. Whenever i talk with Richard an mention time there is a pause and silence. It seems when you mention time, VZ does not have any watches!!! NO TIME FRAME.
