This is an actual e-mail I received from Richard a half hour ago:
Hi Rob,
1) Nothing new to report regarding the MinAmb dialogue - it's ongoing and still related to environmental reclamation issues and environmental disturbance mitigation issues.
2) We meet with CVG and MIBAM officials regularly. The CVG and MIBAM are in a process of visiting all mining sites in and around El Callao (this process began a few months ago and continues) and based on media coverage it appears Mr. Sanz has been present on some trips, at meetings and site visits and other times it's been his staff. It appears he was supposed to be on a trip in Ell Callao this week and has now postponed the trip to next week (or so). I have no knowledge of whether he was supposed to visit any of our operations in El Callao; However, seeing as they are the process of visiting all sites it's possible.
