"Jetfan, I am confident that the permit will be issued when KRY and MimAmb work out an agreement privately before the official submission.

The real work is being done now with MimAmb officials to ensure evrything submitted is exactly what is needed for permit approval. This doesn't mean KRY is making any major changes, it means that they are reviewing the original accetance from last year and explaining everything again. If something needs tweaking it will be done as they go over the original submission.

THIS NEW SUBMISSION WILL BE APPROVED!"

Kry officals are working with MimAmb officals to come to an agreement on what will be approved before any submissions is offically sent. MimAmb has changed their position and the communication between KRY and MimAmb will allow a comprimise that both parties can live with. When this is complete a formal submission will be sent to MimAmb for their approval.
