Maybe the scheduling with the miners was adjusted to give them good news about KRY, but because things still have to be tightened up with KRY, Sanz had to postpone w/KRY and subsequently delay passing the good news on to the miners. Today is three weeks since the June 18th date referred to in the PR (although the PR says that on that date they were invited, not that the meeting took place on that date...). An awful lot of work can be done by motivated people in three weeks! If my birdbrained conjecture is somehow right, we'll have a permit within a week.
