IMHO, Richard is on a tight leash as part of Sanz gag order to all involved. You will get canned responses from him that fall into what is allowed to be released.

The time frame for the final submission is ever changing as KRY communicates with MimAmb to ensure what is submitted will be what is approved. Everything may already be done and submitted but I believe we won't hear about it untill MimAmb is ready to approve the permit. Tomorrow there is a NA meeting dealing with Mining in Bolivar. Maybe we'll get some news out of this meeting about when things will be moving forward.
