venezuelanalysis is definately a propaganda rag but you're right on with the "political feeling" bit.....it often foreshadows the gov's take on upcoming issues and gives a hint as to the political/social "winds"....

check out the following sources for DD/news if you hav'nt already:

sidor.com: lists all of kry's filings..the most important is the MDA from (nov 7? 2007)...you'll see it, it's the really BIG file that takes 5 minutes to download...gives the full contract/reserves/possibilities of LC.
