I stand by my post about --"the real work is being done now". You asked me where I read it and I replied "I didn't read it. Contact Andrea or Richard and they will tell you they have submitted some of the paper work and they are in contact with MimAmb as well as other government agencies preparing the rest of the proposal. This will be submitted asap. No way MimAmb works with KRY on what exactly needs to be done and then denies the permit.

If you believe this is BS then there is nothing I can do other than to ask Andrea or RM to call you directly because you are unable to call them or email them yourself.
