Oldfool called Chavez a Commie SOB and I tried to clarify that he was actually a socialist even though he greatly admires Castro. Hugo wants yhe mining problems solved to put people back to work. This solution includes many social projects that have already been built and many more to come I would guess.

Hugo needs happy voters for the fall elections. Whether you call Chavez a communist or socialist it won't make any difference to KRY getting the permit.
