I attended the AGM in Toronto, June 25th. Robert Fung opened the Meeting

and introduced the new President, Robert Crombie, (previously Senior Vice

President of Corporate Development). I was surprised to see Gordon

Thompson there. He is now on the Board of Directors, a good sign, I think.

Fung appeared very self-assured, and announced that the Venezuelan Govt

had directed talks to resume between KRY and the Environmental Ministry.
