sasa, there's smoke here....almost strikes me as a "kry/grz are gonna pay for some re-forestation so we might as well get some political mileage out of it" type of deal...sanz was involved in ALBA before mibam/cvg but the articles/accomplishments are pretty thin....they do seem to coincide (at least chronologically)with big mining news...
