Rodolfo Sanz, and the president of the Industrial Group of the Acinox Iron and steel industry, pertaining to the Ministry of the Sideromecánica Industry of the Republic of Cuba, Ever Milanese Ballart, Steel of the Dawn signed incorporation papers of the mixed company.

Minister Sanz informed that the new plant, which comes to comprise of the new partner-productive model with high quality of technological, will be assigned to the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam), under the presidency of the vice-minister of Basic Industries, Jesus Walls.

Also he indicated that the mixed company Steel of the Dawn will be located in the city of Templador in the Liberating municipality, Monagas state, and between its intentions projects the development of productions in companies abajos waters and other legal acts and businesses of I bid on commerce, inherent to its objective.

“Our Aceros company of the Dawn, is of mixed capital, with a participation shareholder of 51 percent Venezuela and 49 Cuba percent. This plant march of parallel form with the Ferronikel located in Cuba, and whose capital corresponding to stock is to the inverse one”, honored the holder of the Mibam.

Also minister Sanz said that the plant counts on an investment of thousand five hundred million of of dollars for the stainless steel production, product of relevance for diverse commercial areas, and that until now always it has been into the hands of the capitalist countries.

The mixed company Steel of the Dawn is added to the projects of industrial development that promotes the Mibam, in the area of lamination of aluminum, pulp and paper, iron and steel, among others, which have reached an investment of 8 billions of dollars, number that hardly other countries of Latin America are investing for the development of their basic industries, emphasized Sanz.

“President Chávez is conscientious of which if there is no basic industry, intermediate or heavy industries cannot exist, reason why we are taking fundamental steps so that Venezuela in the next years counts on a producing heavy industry of development goods, something that is only possible in this Revolutionary government”, stood out.
