Buyout after permit ?

Now that we have no real president, a buyout after receiving the permit seems to be a must. After Todd Bruce left, KRY brought in Gordon Thompson just to see the company through the permit and buyout. I think Thompson left because he only commited to run KRY for a short period until the permit and a buyout. Am I nuts?
