I think Hugo is a nut but he isn't much different from many leaders who change the rules after the fact. I'm Canadian and we just saw our Government lie to us in a 180 degree turn around after getting elected. We were lied to about INCOME TRUSTS but I don't see other countries not investing in Canada.

Oil companies who invested BILLIONS in the oil sands just had the rules changed. Some companies are getting out but others are buying.

We will get the permit and we will get our JV/buyout at a premium. Everyone who stayed away or sold KRY will be wishing the had the balls to stay the course.
