MERCOSUR: environment should not be barriers TO INTEGRATION
Buenos Aires, 29 (ANSA) - Ministers and officials from Environment Mercosur assured that environmental protection should be seen as "an opportunity to improve competitiveness" appears instead that "a barrier to trade integration."
