Welcome back....it is now my turn to head out on a vacation and I hope to come back to a even better news as well. I sure do like the swing from a negative sentiment (permit denial)story to a positive bais story(permit being discussed again) and sure hope this time for a positive NR halt with permit expectations that occurs in an expeditious fashion. I don't know about you, but this sure has taken a long time to come to fruition.

By the way I just gave you 5 stars, but I assure you I will not be taking a suit with me...lol
