CJR, This is not backpedalling, just political posturing. Who cares whether there will be no NEW concessions in that jungle and the serious review is probably what is going on right now, resulting in some cosmetic changes in the various plans and programs.

I agree with Pam, but I am not ready to get drunk as yet.
