I would think KRY would need to issue a PR when they submit the modifications to the plan as Fung said they were going to do during the AGM. It is material, but may not be considered material "enough" though I hope they do so anyway.

I think that is what will be the "final lap" flag. It is also what the people trying to manipulate a better price will be looking for.
