Compared to volume in the last week, we're only at or below average. Most people are holding IMO.

Heck... once KRY sends the update they should make sure their fax machine is on for the permit news! I really expect a quick turn-around. (week to 10 days). That puts me at July 14th for permit issuence. (I want that bagel damit!)
