We all heard Richard with one of the questions specific to the 90 business days to respond to KRY's appeal, where he indicated that it does not preclude the minister from stepping in prior to the end of the 90 days to make an announcement. So we are not bound by the 90 days to wait for for any kind of permit announcement so lets cross our fingers here it does not go the full duration and any annoucement is prior to expiration date which can only be positive. (if the news were negative I believe they would wait the full 90 days which is the same as a denial)

Also, under the MOC aggreement they continue to spend as required on social programs, (new clinic, sewage plant etc) but have mitigated their non MOC spending which is prudent, but I am ok with their good corporate citizenry. Let me say this, I would find it very strange that a company with 16 years of history of working in VZ, in a socially responsible manner, who continues to show their good corporate social demeaner will go unnoticed by the officals of VZ. It appears to me that some VZ officials (ie. Ms. Ortega) want a bit more then what was currently aggreed to and that they (Ms. Ortega) will stop at nothing to get what she wants by going public to punish KRY for not giving more in advance of the final permit. I do not know if the past comment is true, but why else would all the events unfold as occurred to only be at our current situation where the permit appears to be back in re-negotation mode.

So far the market continues to like the recent events and is reward KRY with postive price action.
