Thanks diabloelk for the reply. I decided not to buy today. I figure there might be one more Ortega mouthoff before she is put out to pasture. I do think we get the permit by late august. Just my gut feeling. No facts to base my opinion on.

Thanks to all the people on this board. Looking at the Kry/Yahoo board makes me grab for the valium and the scotch. Not a good mix...Perhaps we can send a gift basket to Ortega and thank her for moving things along.
