back to the "delay" in the news release...

both companies released this info on the same day...6 days after the fact.....both PR's are almost identical in verbage..

there's no "securities" reason i'm aware of to withhold vital shareholder info for 6 days...i would consider this to be vital info.

the way venz work i would'nt be suprised to learn the negotiation was actually "let us accumulate 51% of your companies on the open market before we release the permit news"...
