i have to admit this is'nt a bad solution....if it happens (looks promising) then ortega will look like a hero for improving the environment...the national assembly/mibam will look like heros for getting the project going and kry will finally get to mine this m'fr..

from what i see in all the releases the venz dont seem to be asking for much (above what they already had)....NOW IF THEY GET THIS PERMIT ISSUED WITHOUT CHANGING THE STRUCTURE OF THE CONTRACT SIGNIFICANTLY, THEN WE'RE TALKIN!!!!
