guys, admittedly i'm "uneducated" when it comes to shorting.... i've always been under the impression that you (retail investor)really could'nt short stocks under a certain PPS (say $1)....but evidently it can be done (probably thru some type of finance arrangement/BS trading scheme) because the short interest in many stocks seems to grow even after they reach penny levels....
the next three/four days my guess is that kry will break $2...imo
so my question is this....do the same margin requirements apply to the folks who shorted at sub $1 as the rest of us????
