Hugo had the new legislation sitting on his desk, but kicked it back to the AN for additional revision. Regardless of whether it is by decree or by presidential signature, Hugo has to support and approve the legislation. Whether or not he choosed to talk about it prior to release is his perogative, I will not attempt to understand how his mind works.

My question to this board, does anyone know what is contained in the legislation? That is going to be the most important thing in the near future. It will have AN support and Hugo's signature and it will define the direction and limits of Sanz's power and responsibility. In my opinion, that is the name of the game, not the media crap and the Yellow Journalism.

I wonder if Tradewinds already has a draft of the law with the changes Hugo wants - it might be the reason they just added 2 million plus shares.

I fully disagree the rhetoric that comes from Hugo is the most important thing. There are too many examples of him shooting his mouth off and then backing off his statements.
