We just have to remember all of this is coming from Ortega and only Ortega. Zero from Sanz and or Chavez on what is really the agenda for mining. Hints of a new Ministry of Mines that could take the lead in all of this and take over "all" aspects of mining. Maybe why the Ortega made this comment back in May.

"If there is some type of remediation, and I don't know
what in the world that could be, they may still get their permits."

Why would Ortega have any doubts in what she has done with the denial? Why would she even say "they may still get their permits". To me she is not sure what is actually going to happen either. No reason to make that statement if the buck stops at the environment which it obviously doesn't since she thru that comment in.
