she seems to be speaking with authority here....she does'nt say the environmental ministry wont allow mining....she says venezuela wont allow the mining.....

a couple issues here:

chavez is the one who opened up the imataca and let kry/grz in...

other ministries/the locals/CVG and the NA seem to be for it....

its one way or the other now....either chavez is against the mibam/CVG/NA/locals/artisinals and stands with ortega, or ortega is the biggest moron ever to be in politics....

so whats the story? i'm concerned that maybe hugo needs a woman to speak for him since i dont see anybody being stupid/brave enough to mouth off like this without prior consent from el presidente.....
