There is no link...I posted this a ways back and it was from the AN site. I just copied this from a post. If you put some key words from the article in the AN website you will find it. This article wasn't so important then but now a lot of it is coming to light. The Russian delegation visited at the beginning of April and there are a few more articles that are similar. I posted all of these article here a ways back.
