Affected by the floodwaters of Lake Los Tacarigua threatening to resume street actions, for failure to comply with the judgement of the Supreme Court (TSJ), which allowed the speedy compensation and eviction of over a thousand families. They denounce the Minister of Environment, Yubirí Ortega, is "delaying the process without any reason" and regardless of irrigation and capsizing daily living who still reside in the devastated area.
