I guess the ole' bagel chomper already has those funds earmarked to do the massive cleanup of the Las Cristinas site since it will no longer be done by Crystallex as part of the mining process that would have also employed thousands of impovershed miners while bringing in oodles of tax money for the state and enhancing confidence in foreign investment.
