Dan Russo fails to understand that this is a reasonable amount that was paid to management. Management are paid this amount for RETENTION.
That is one very unfortunate sentiment in today's business community - which is that these clowns that accomplish NOTHING deserve to be paid $650,000. I'm sure this sentiment was craftily nurtured by the same group of people that earn huge salaries and bonuses for accomplishing nothing (or worse, driving companies into the ground).
Lets get back to compensating for performance - if that doesn't keep them let them walk - lots of people out there that could fill the vacancies.
