It's kind of funny when you think about it....Ortega can come out publicly...out of the blue...and singled out KRY as not getting a permit...yet the formal correspondence from Minamb to KRY (detailing the position of Minamb that has already been publicly stated) is a secret. Well...I guess now we know why Hugo wants to create his own "secret police" department. This is obviously a "top secret" matter affecting national security.
