moola, you're definately on to something (hugo tradionally has'nt cared about bolivar) but he seems to be showing interest there now (i imagine the discontent in bolivar, zulia, and caraboba have something to do with that)....as far as rangel goes, officially hugo may seem upset with him but he is hugo's buddy, it was assumed by all that if rangel did'nt get the 15% favor in nomination then hugo would appoint him......he got 15%.....
