I don't agree on the white flag, but I do agree that Mr. Fung and Mr. Crombie should issue a PR stating that they are in charge and will make every effort to move forward, obtain the permit, and move to the construction phase.

IMO one little press release is inadequate to soothe the anxiety of us little guys.
