These lineamientos serve as support for the elaboration of the Operative Plan of CVG 2009, considering the main lines of the National Plan of Economic and Social Development 2007-2013 that contemplates supreme social happiness, protagónica democracy, socialist productive model, the new national and international geopolitics, world-wide energetics and new socialist ethics.

The activity, where articulated projects take shape to obtain better quality of life, they attended Vice-president Ejecutivo, Alfredo Arcila; the vice-president of Territorial Development of CVG, Elizabeth Alves; and the general manager of Planning and Control of Management, Miguel Alvarez Cadiz.

Functional spaces
In the work tables, where they participate cevegistas in the different units, eleven functional spaces remembered that they facilitate the planning and joint of the strategic projects. These turn surroundings to the populations of Santa Elena de Uairén, Tumeremo, Upata, Guayana City, City To cheep, Tucupita, City Bolivar, Guarataro, Caicara of the Orinoco, San Fernando de Apure and Ayacucho Port.

The consolidated lineamientos, of collective way, will be put under the consideration of the President of CVG, Rodolfo Sanz, for their final approval and later implementation in the First House and had the charge of companies.

The meetings continue with the participation of the cevegistas, including the managers and vice-presidents, to conclude the Strategic Plan that it will soon give to the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam) and to the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Planning and Development.

The work tables are centered in the promotion and development of linkings that allow a harmonic process, viable, endogenous and humanist in the Zone of Development of Guayana with eleven functional spaces that break with the hierarchic scheme abrir passage to one better distribution of the wealth.
