i know the MOA states that kry will settle matters in ven courts...but...imo...international law is a little different....the bi-lateral treaty and other intl laws wont allow kry to give up there international legal rights....they will have to try to settle the matter first in ven then in intl court....kinda like some other company we know who did'nt even have a contract with ven....

i cant believe i'm gonna say this but the vannessa jurisdictional decision should be handed down any day and will (imo) be granted...at this point i think that would be a good thing for kry..if a company that did'nt have a contract with the ven govt can be awarded jurisdiction in icsid then kry's chances would be that much better...imo IF it came to that...

i'm really hoping it wont come to that..a lot of possible outcomes right now..i still think it will just come down to MORE MONEY...but who knows.
