A further note is that I personally view this as positive because now it frees Crystallex up to move up the chain. It is nothing more than was epxected but they really had to wait for this to start the next step. Now they can. I'd like to see them make a move to bypass Ortega too since they already know she will say the same thing....

That is f course unless she was really just trying to through her director under the bus...
