The discussion that I saw stated that Mario Isea agreed with the report of the commission. Isea took over as president of the economic commission from Gutierrez in early Jan 2008.
Unfortunately for us, Isea is a VERY busy guy. He is also the president of the commission on shortages and hoarding, and the head of the PSUV AN parlimentary bloc (that is the ruling party of Hugo), kind of like the job of majority whip, which no doubt demand much of his attention. In addition, he is Hugo's main mouthpiece against the succession of Zulia -- his district.
