Most of the folks who have been here for a long time remember most of the important discussion threads and can fill in specific questions, but the history of what has occurred is far too extensive for a full recitation. LOL

One thing I forgot to mention is that the replacement for Gutierrez as president of the permanent economic commission (Mario Ricardo Isea Bohórquez) has made positive comments on the commission report although I can't find a link at the moment.
