I didn't ask RM this, but here is his response to my asking his take on the news release:



"Nothing new in the article .... we continue to believe that Minister Ortega and her department are isolated in their thinking and desire to forge new policy for the area.

There are Supreme Court Decisions, Presidential Decrees, historic and current mining activities and numerous government resolutions that support mining in this area.
