Gotta agree, this is totally different than Chevron -- the mine is not constructed yet. A negotiated deal involving KRY makes very little sense, but it does between the ministries and CVG.

What would be to negotiate with KRY, VZ will pay for XX% of building the mine? VZ has never expropriated a project before it was constructed that I am aware of -- only once they get built, and Hecla is the only one of those in gold mining and that was an end of life mine.
