No bullfrog - no Alo. Recall that Hugo said he was taking off a few weeks of Alo due to party election stuff.

Real reason is so Hugo could watch the two Venezuelan drivers at Indy: Milka Duno and E.J. Viso both from Caracas. (EJ is a rookie and Milka is a female driver.)
