I agree that we are on much firmer footing and the Canadian\Venezuelan Trade Agreement will be a huge positive factor if you take the latest worst case "news" regarding Hugo 'not approving the contract because Crystallex is crooked' as the operative scenario rather than 'no mining in the Imataca Forest to protect the environment' scenario. If KRY is singled out as being prohibited from mining in the Imataca, the Trade Agreement and rule of law may well be our savior. If Venezuela hides behind the environment and passes a law (in the short term) prohibiting all mining in the Imataca then the fat lady may have just left the stage.
