IMO vheadline is largely ignored. So, I wouldn't be surprised if it has no effect. That said, I wouldn't be at all surprised that there is merit to the manner in which the situation becomes resolved, that is no more new projects in Imataca, but LC and LB considered as active projects, grandfathered in or whatever. It is a good compromise, between Sanz and Ortega. I would guess it to take a few weeks to come to fruition, and certainly not until Hugo gets back from Russia, hopefully before the end of June.
