Thank you O&L. I remember your post. I am hoping that KRY has not signed away their right to take their case that far if it actually comes to that. The fact is, KRY does not have a contract with the gov't of VZ. Rather they have an moa with an independent gov't owned corporation which theoretically has no special privledges when dealing with other gov't agencies like Minamb. I wouldn't mind knowing what rights the CAN-VZ trage agreement actually gives us here.
