Rebuttal timeline question

Why are Kry and CVG both filing rebuttals? Seems that Kry is secondary to CVG. Do they each get separate 15 business day deadlines for a response, or does the timeline start when CVG files a rebuttal - and who knows when that was or if it has even happened?

I think we're in the dark wearing blindfolds.
